The Filbert Bayi Olympafrica Centre organized the Olympafrica Youth Empowerment through Sports (O! YES) program on 28th May 2024 in Mkuza, Kibaha.

O! YES is an Olympafrica program aimed at promoting social development of young athletes. The event was spiced up by different games including Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Athletics, Dances, and Sustainable activities. The participants were students from schools surrounding Olympafrica Center such as Mkuza Primary School and Lulanzi Primary School. The O! YES Program started in November 2023.

Speaking in an interview, the Olympafrica Director, Cuthbert Bayi stated that the objective of the program is to disseminate Olympic values across various disciplines and provide children with diverse sports techniques.
